I can't believe this is even being compared to the Tomb Raider issue. A few useless items, and a multi-platform franchise being released on just one platform , are completely different issues. I really wish they would stop this crap and let everyone enjoy the same content, always.

I did the exact same thing, I even turned off trophy notifications. I've been much happier with my gaming ever since.

Decided to give Far Cry 3 and The Witcher 2 a try, in anticipation of the sequels. Also slowly working on Bravely Default and Pokemon Y. Still have a fair amount of backlog as well as a couple MMO's I play. I'm kind of appreciating the down time of new releases.
