Why shouldn't they go after this guy? What's to say that this same leaker won't also leak the entire film? Given what happened to The Expendable, with the entire film getting leaked online - I don't think Marvel would take such a risk given that this is easily the biggest film of 2015.

It does have a parachute backup. Before it engages the landing thrusters, the spaceship does a check to see if they are functioning. Otherwise, their is the parachute backup option. Also, the Dragon V2 is designed to still be able to land with only 2 out of 4 thrusters working.
