Guess I should have read through all the replies before posting my own because it looks like you feel pretty much the same way I did.

Huh... I had always taken it as humanity learned its lesson and abandoned “evil technology” and lived happily with nature or something.

I don’t quite know what it is but I really like Mary Elizabeth McGlynn’s voice.

I’m actually more excited about the prospect of FFX (HD hopefully) than HL3 at this point. I feel really weird saying that... maybe I’ve just accepted that we’re probably never getting HL3 so whenever.

Yeah, I getcha. I’m also thinking of how switching between each party member to control actions works. I wasn’t really a fan of 12 and didn’t do 13 at all to know how it panned out. I’m still probably going to give the game a chance, unless I hear really bad things anyway.

Is there actual running around the battlefield, or just to look pretty? I ask because then how does my cover materia work. I am concerned because I really like the old combat style in the game and didn’t like when I heard they were changing it up. I guess time will tell.

You know which one I’m going for since you’ve seen him. Trypticon!

There’s something glorious about how the cars are being spit out the side and I can’t quite place my finger on it. Maybe it’s how it reminds me of some Playdoh sets?

I love you pointing out marketing plans. I remember hearing once about “oh, we need to do X thing Y months before release” and it just kinda bugs me. For me personally, as long as you let me know the game is coming out, I’ll take what I need to in order to research the game and decide to buy it or not. Doing it a

When you talk about going from somewhat comedic to serious, it reminds me of a certain event in Full Metal Alchemist where they basically really do kill the comedy.

Was there an article on last week? I only just saw it and at the end where the evil lady is freaking out about what something is, but then the spy shows up who should have known what it was ahead of time kind of conufsed me. Maybe I missed something though.

Yeah... that wont freak out the neighbors at all.

I really hope this doesn’t begin us down the road of NOT getting PC ports of games because it’s “too hard” or some rediculous excuse. I’d hate to not get games that would normally come to PC because of this in the future. I do understand that a horribly functioning game isn’t acceptable either. I guess time will tell.

The end of this article, 100% acurate.

Man, that endgame. I sort of lost my patience after a while and tried really hard to grind through the very end. I basically made a suicide run at the very end and barely made it to victory.

Oh man... this really is evil. My problem is that I am one of those noisy ones, and I’m just not capable of laying down the blame on somebody else, my conscience is too strong.

I wonder how much of this has just become a sort of mob mentality. Like, some folks aren’t upset about it, but since everybody else is making a scene, they might as well too!

We actually still have our Pizza Hut here, I go there from time to time. The only issue I have with the place is how expensive it is :(

I thought I read an article last week where this super man merged with a different superman who loved lois or something...? Oh comics, why you gotta be so confusing.

I immediately attached to the bit about third parties trying to sell them ways to basically get people off the phone instead of actually helping them. I spent a few years doing over the phone tech support, my customer (and internal) satisfaction scores were always top notch. My “get rid of customers” time wasn’t and
