They do it for every home run.

Ya he’s about as close to a true 3 outcome player as it gets.

If your employer has no problem with your choice of work attire then there is no reason to listen to any other opinion on the matter. Honestly this is such a case-by-case issue that it doesn’t even make sense to have an opinion on the matter in such a general way like what the blogger did here.

It is not a sport. It is choreographed violence involving (as you mentioned) incredible athleticism as well as hours of training and practice. Just like a circus but, you know, with violence.

Are you implying that people in California don’t have guns?

For once Skip and I agree on something.

I get the distinct impression that he just wants people to quit invoking his name every time the Cubs look like they might be good enough to possibly make the playoffs. Seriously what is with people wanting to give this guy attention (of any sort) when he’s said it over and over that he just wants people to respect

Especially considering that he had all of this bullshit brought back up last year for no real reason.

Not likely. McGregor would have to get all the way up to LHW (205 weight limit) to make that happen. I don’t see a way for Jones to cut down to 185 to reach the middleweight limit. It’s not impossible but seems pretty unlikely. I’d say it has about a 10% chance of happening.

I was there and it’s amazing to me how many people showed up in their AI gear. When his team’s game started almost half of the stadium emptied out because they realized he wasn’t going to play. This dude has some of the most loyal fans in sports and he can’t even be bothered to show up and accept the love they want to

Apparently so. I was at the event (figured he wasn’t going to show; wanted to go anyway and it was fun) and his team was the last game of the event. After the starting lineups were announced and people realized he wasn’t going to be there just about half of the arena emptied out.

This is pretty cynical. Saying he’s sorry doesn’t excuse the actions but it doesn’t make him a liar either. It means he messed up.

Nunez plays a mean 3rd base. Your squad will be just fine.

Fedor beat Gary Goodridge, Tim sylvia, Andrei arlovski before he lost his chin, mark hunt, kevin randleman, mark Coleman twice, fucking crocop and big nog twice. And damn near everyone one of them were at the beginning or middle of their prime. I don’t see a resume that matches that. Not even jones. Don’t get it

Fedor

Fedor is still the GOAT.

Fedor is still the GOAT. I think Jones will end up as the best but right now his resume, while spectacular, isn’t quite on par with the last emperor.

He popped for a banned substance. The substance is used to come off of a cycle of roids which is why it’s banned.

Drunk driving (either 2 or 3 times), street racing, hit and run in which he broke a pregnant woman’s arm. Did you not bother reading the article you’re commenting on?

It’ll be a COORS light. Because Bud Light don’t pay me nothin’!
