If you ever get a chance, go see a game in person. Any high-caliber league will do (AHL/ECHL if NHL isn’t a close option). If you think the game is pretty cool on TV, seeing it in person will blow your mind. It’s hard to understand just how fast and skilled the players are when watching on TV.
