I love this idea that if we get rid of Uber and Lyft then all these drivers who are getting paid “too little” will suddenly have higher paying jobs. “You’re hurting poor people so we should make them jobless instead!”

This is the part that’s driving me a little crazy: People seem to be indicating that if the call out had come from a different source then Gunn should stay fired. But because the wrong person wanted him fired then he should have kept his job.
