Nowhere did I say you shouldn’t order the special. I didn’t even say it was bad. I basically encouraged the ordering of it.
The special is almost always the least fresh thing on the menu. Often it is something that is about to turn and they need to get rid of or they eat the costs. That doesn’t mean it’s not worth ordering or that you should be afraid to.
