When I ran a restaurant in San Diego near SD Stadium (The Murph!), some of my staff would be late on Sundays due to “football traffic” or “sudden unscheduled NFL games popping up unexpected” as I would call it. I said the NFL has a new feature where they announce the schedule months in advance nowadays.
