I mean... it’s a part of the world that admittedly isn’t done.  If the game ships and there are still trees playing fast and lose with the laws of physics, then you have a point.  But this is like when I’m cutting a video at work and someone comes up behind and me over my shoulder is like “But what about this?” and

It’s just a story about a spaceman. It might be good, might be bad, but I promise it won’t hurt you any more or less than if they had named him “Scuzz Brightyear”.

People are not that dumb, this is a dumb article tbh. Toy Story Buzz is a toy based on a fictional movie/cartoon series in the Toy Story world. Not a real person. This is just that fictional movie made real.

It takes place in the future, and to my knowledge doesn’t position itself as an animated show that exists within the Toy Story universe.

I’m sorry, what? How the heck is not having solo achievements “predatory behavior” in any way, shape or form? People need to stop throwing these terms around. Marketing a game to children and encouraging them to make use of saved credit cards on their parent’s phones is predatory. Having certain aspects of your game

This is the sort of thing where I feel old, because I cannot fathom why achievements and trophies are such a big deal that some players will actually reject a title entirely over them.

You can’t win with gamers. Begging for them to remaster games like this for years, and they finally do it, and purists bitch about slightly more realistic character models while others bitch about the fact that it’s the same game as it was twenty years ago. You know... the game we love and all want to play again?

I’m one of the old-school players that wants as little to change as possible.

Same here. Sexuality and attraction *are* controlled by your brain. Most people are attracted to the opposite sex, in their age range. Gay/Lesbian (like me) are attracted to the same sex. Some are both, neither, etc.

I am gay and I am not really offended by it. I get what he was trying to say, but I think he worded it really poorly.

A-fucking-men.

This isn’t new for CPM “articles”. He is like the Stephen A. Smith of Io9. If you just ignore him, you take away his power.

Thank you. I was wondering how in Gizmodo’s eyes Mr. Liu’s actions compared toSexist Football Coach”,Has-Been Actor Who Thinks Actress Isn’t Very Good”, or even “Actress Who Went To A Ball As A Teenager 22 Years Ago And Honestly Regrets It And Isn’t Actually Racist But Trust Me You Should Be Angry At Her Anyway”.

I like Simu Liu. Am I supposed to be outraged or something? Am I a horrible person in thinking, well there’re worse people out there? I’m too tired to cancel culture another person I like. Hell, I still regret Al Franken leaving congress.

Thank goodness you didn’t take the time to post the context of what he was posting there - from the article you linked about what he was posting - or people might realise how bad faith your argument here is.

So 6 years ago we think he:

I mean, that’s fine. A lot of us have never played despite being SW fans, so... we’ll just enjoy it for yah.

On the ranch? No. In the heart of downtown LA? Very much so. Context does, in fact, matter.

Yikes, the comments here are alarming.

There is also her support of the Israeli Defense Forces. She’s made comments offering context and clarification for both that and her views on vaccinations. Up to the public to decide whether those are genuine. Kind of lame to lay out Richards’ baggage but make no reference to hers though.
