Full time property inspector here: HOAs are complete garbage, unless you’re in a townhouse or condo. They are 100% worthless for residential neighborhoods, and/or single family homes. They exist because 95% of homeowners want to exist within their own bubble, and don’t know how to confront, or talk to their neighbors.

Over all, I thought this was a good episode, but I have to admit the emotional weight just isn’t there anymore. Honestly, I would have like it better if Rick had died, completely turning the show on its ear. Regardless, this to me felt like the beginning of the end of the series. This was too much of a jump the shark…

Because they’re idiots, plain and simple. They believe that if they vote the party line, maybe they’ll get some crumbs, and in time they’ll have enough left overs to look down their noses on the guy below them with the smaller pile of crumbs.

I don’t understand how he thinks people are just going to sit back and take this, without any negative repercussions. He realizes people know where he lives, as they’ve been literally camped out in front of his house. People are shitty and vindictive, but I guess his and his family’s safety is worth a corporation(s)…
