I'm not sure which series they are, but I've had a set of heavy Wusthof knives for about 25 years and I think they are superb. They are the only knives I've ever owned, so my comparative opinion is worthless, but I am voting for them anyway. And yeah, no dishwasher, hand wash/towel dry immediately.
