@wjglenn: My favorite moment since my dad got an iPad: "Hey son, so I have this ESPN app on my blackberry. Is there anything like that for the iPad?"

I assume this will be something like the cut they take on the mac app store. Basically, you're paying apple 30% for distribution. Look at their iwork suite. It's $80 at retail, but $60 in their store. The assumption would be that best buy or amazon would take the $20 off the top for distribution purposes. The question…
Aaaaand how is Android more secure for this type of thing? Lest we forget about stories like this:
@MattWPBS: DLNA is great in theory, but a huge pain that rarely works as advertised in practice. You'll find that if you try out 10 DLNA devices, only a few will actually work without issues. The point of airplay is the same as facetime and copy/paste: They didn't do it first, but they're still doing it best.
So wait, if that's the "can you hear me now" guy, and now he's saying "yes, I can hear you now," has he been calling himself this whole time? Maybe a twin? Is there a whole army of guys like that? Is he a cylon?
@icy_one: I think you need to take another look at the quote. What he says is factually correct in that a call will prevent data from coming in, but data usage will not prevent a user from receiving calls. I think he's familiar with how it works, as he's been using the phone for a week.
@mrjeremiahross: you're a better man than most of us.
Since you brought up mobile games:
I think it's interesting that you say reeder is the best on iOS, but that pulse news mini is the best for android when pulse is also available on iOS. I would think that you would have named something like newsrob that's closer to the reeder format.
@Ceric Neesh: You tried to reason with him, and made a really great argument. Those were your first two mistakes. Move along, and take my heartclick for your troubles. :)
@Boss Mojoman: The 11" is actually a little bit shocking in real use. It's almost as small as an ipad, but when you open it up, suddenly you have a full-sized keyboard and a 1366 x 768 resolution screen. It gives the feeling of slicing an ipad in half and finding a 13" macbook pro inside due to the same keyboard and…
@magus-21: Bwuhuh?
I know no one here would have bought that anyway, but if we call it a boycott I feel better about myself. Who's with me?
I still can't find a reason to use this instead of simplenote...
@Assassin_Kensei: Actually the exact same number of total pixels! I love it!
@3in1Doctor: You uploaded it then? I've got a pdf here:
Hey everybody! I wanted a pdf for my iphone, and here it is!
@∞Gïmmï∞Mørgäikkøŋëŋ∞: I did too!! Merry Christmas!!!!!
