(And Busch is the villain of people with decent taste in beer, amirite?)

I think they stink but yup, he’s at least attempting to layer deeper meaning into his scripts and scenes.

This sounds way too much fun for Netflix.

Exactly what I just Googled and am bummed now that we don’t have the perfect villain to segue right into the Moonknight series we all know we need right now.

Well... actually there are three Bushmasters in Marvel, because it is both an assumed surname as well as a supervillain codename... The one Shakir is playing was originally an Iron Fist side villain whose primary purpose was to give Misty and Danny’s relationship a break cause the series was in danger of cancellation

And don’t confuse Cages Bushmaster John McIver with his brother Quincy McIver, also known as Bushmaster, a quadruple amputee who got bionic arms and a snake tail from Roxxon Oil Company and later joined the Serpent Society because that’s where all serpent-themed villains end.

I feel like a lot of people are misunderstanding what Reeves said. He didn’t say he wants to make a Nolan movie; he said he wants to make a movie that expresses his own perspective like Nolan did.

I trust him.

Don’t try to do what Christopher Nolan did. He did his own, Nolan-y thing, with all its pros and cons. I don’t wanna see you making a Nolan movie. I want to see you make a Batman movie.

And where does George Bush fit into all of this?

and Bushmills is a protestant whiskey Mcnulty and I wont touch

I also misread it as “Bushman” and thought they might be backdoor-ing Moon Knight in somehow.

Now thats a movie I want to see.

Correct on all counts.

I am thrilled that they are bringing Nightshade to the Netflix show, but I’m a little curious as to how (or even if) they’ll bring her robots into it. They can’t possibly portray them as white dudes in denim jackets with red knit caps, can they?

Ultimately, the cat and mouse chase between Light and L, the themes of good, evil, and what’s in between the gray area. Those are the core things of Death Note, and that’s really what we went for.

Wait, so the same character is being used in both Luke Cage season 2 and Black Panther, but played by different actresses?

And in related Doctor Who news, betting sites have suspended betting on the next Doctor after a surge of bets for Kris Marshall. This is exactly what happened with Capaldi, so it looks pretty likely that he will probably be the next Doctor.

My first exposure to him was as Vic, Sarah’s ex-boyfriend on Orphan Black. His Better Call Saul role is so different it took a little while to adjust!

At the end of BvS, Diana sez she waked away from mankind a hundred years ago... I am trusting Patty Jenkins’ storytelling to have an awesome take that still manages to keep Wondy under the radar, history-wise. That’s quite the corner they painted themselves into. Still, looking forward to it.

It’s confirmed: Michael Mando is playing Mac “The Scorpion” Gargan in the movie
