Oh, sure, I have lots of issues with the Warrens, but if we’re making that complaint, the Warrens THEMSELVES were shoehorned into The Conjuring 2. So yes, it’s an addition to the “real” story, but not in a way that felt overly in the movie, if that makes sense.

My company is actually working right now on a comic book movie that’s not a superhero movie, but it is a comic book movie. Um, its about a teenage girl.

If you’re interested, Kevin Smith did a comic book sequel to the show a few years ago that wasn’t bad.

I know people will hate this idea, but Channing Tatum could at least get the accent right I think.

It ups the crazy, but I thought it dragged a little compared to the first, fwiw.
