My problem with this is Kevin Smith is really only entertaining when he’s showing us what’s behind the industry curtain. When he complains about people who’ve behaved badly, or offering a real critique of something or someone, that’s fascinating to me. Hearing him vacillate between real enthusiasm and fake enthusiasm

Rob, psyched to see you summarizing The Flash again!

Yes, I guess that makes sense.

What do you mean “Batman has returned”? Where was he? Is this atempting to continue the Nolan timeline?

I went to a Chipotle during the outbreak, and they gave me a VERY SMALL burrito. You’d think with sales as bad as they were they could afford to give their loyal customers a little extra in my scoop of beans.

This is silly, we don’t need to draft soldiers for World War 3... we need to draft gamers to pilot our army of killer robots.

The Science Fiction Museum is a completely different entity to the Museum of Science Fiction. They have nothing whatsoever to do with one another.

Paul Allen is not affiliated with the Museum of Science Fiction in any way, let alone the founder.

Museum of Science Fiction is the best. Everyone go donate and get an MoSF travel mug!

I feel like I’m in serious danger of needing to find a new website to check every half hour. This one is fading away.

I hate that they stopped those. Reading them was almost as fun as watching the show.

My biggest problem with the ensuing He-Man movie franchise is they’re 100% going to try and set it on Earth, so that a Shia LeBeouf type actor can be the audience surrogate and we can watch Skeletor smash the Tower of London and Statue of Liberty... and that isn’t going to work at all.

I remember this being very jarring when I saw it in theaters, for exactly the reason listed here.

Getting rid of Agent L was one of many creative decisions I absolutely detested about MIB2. There was no reason she couldn’t also be an active Agent, even if she wasn’t partnered with J.

It is my formally stated opinion that The Kingsmen was an unpleasant and snide movie that had two good performances (Jackson and Firth) and a couple of good action sequences. With both Firth and Jackson’s characters dead there is zero point in a sequel, and there’s nothing to be gained from this film that couldn’t

It’s nice that Rowling is still creating things in this universe; but I wish she was writing Harry Potter books. Books which could then be adapted into plays and movies and all that; but first and foremost books.

That’s such a kind-spirited “prank”. I’m glad that everyone involved left it feeling good.

When I saw the headline, I assumed you were going to base your review around the absence of such deeply moving Ghibli films as Grave of the Fireflies and Whisper of the Heart. Miyazaki didn’t direct them, in the same way that Tim Burton didn’t direct Nightmare Before Christmas... but they still very much belong to his

I hate-quit Being Human (BBC) when they killed off the original cast. Totally unforgivable.

Yeah yeah, Fantastic Four, version 4... whatever. WHEN DO WE GET SHE-HULK ATTORNEY AT LAW?!?!?!
