Wow, shocking a site focused on Sci-Fi and nerd culture would like a sci-fi show based on a video game more than a site focused on general audiences.

Perfect example of something that I have so little interest in as a TV show but would happily watch as a movie.

Does that mean we lack the money for these important pandemic measures? Exactly the opposite: Democrats chose to spend it somewhere else.

With all of the delay’s and whatnot this thing has gone through I was expecting a D, so this is good news.

Mildly confused that they’re rebooting it as “Degrassi: The Next Generation” instead of “Degrassi: [Whatever]” but I’m assuming it’s branding.

Nah, he’s very good at making middlebrow adult movies, which basically don’t exist anymore.  

I know someone who worked at one of these places, part of the job was watching for that.

I hate all their videos, I actively despise Christmas Jammies. They gave me a viscerally negative reaction.

Yeah, I find most of the EU stuff poor quality and a type of sci-fi I am not really into, but at least it was imaginative and pulpy. Something about shoehorning in a real world themepark hotel for the ultrawealthy into Han and Leia’s honeymoon is very grim to me.

I think it being released a few weeks later, vs 8+ months (like the Sopranos or whatever) still makes it solidly season 4.

I listen to an X-Men Podcast where there’s a guest each episode and many of them got into it because of the trading cards.

Hasn’t the last 6 years of American politics proven how dangerous an emotional, ill tempered, unskilled person can be?

According to Honorlock’s Patent, I don’t think this is true:

Yeah, this is the sort of movie that 10 or 15 years ago would be uninteresting to me because mid-budget, kind of predictable comedies with adults exist consistently enough that I can pick and choose. Now I’m just happy for a new movie where there’s no third credit CGI mess.
