I would expect them to have an ATP rating (not sure it's a FAA requirement for this type of operation, but I guarantee you it would be an insurance requirement) as well which requires a minimum of 1500 hours…

btw. V_S0for the C-172 I fly is 36 knots. It varies from model to model (N, SP etc.) but I've never seen one that was 54 knots, especially considering that V_R is 60 knots.
