I wonder how many of the bikes on the ride in question had been previously auctioned.
They may have been seized but how many were returned to their owners later on?
Not only were most of them stolen, but most of them were "Ditched"... and the riders are still out there, riding another stolen bike.
Ask them about their (lack of) efforts to find the proper owners too.
Its either stolen or drug money/etc. Those are really the two reasons you do a seizure so it has almost nothing to do with what people are complaining about.
