I had someone using a UK T-Mobile IP try 40 different card numbers on my site on the 30th. All failed but 1 got through and even passed AVS even though the AVS was completely wrong and didn't match the card holders real address. Total FAIL on their part.

I say why not, how often can you take a Verizon phone and use it with AT&T or take an AT&T phone and use it on Verizon or on Sprint. If you could (which I'm pretty sure can't) then yes everyone using the same size sim card would matter.

A better idea is to just tell your bank to send you cards without the RFID in them which is what I do. I've yet to find a location in Tampa, FL that they work anyways so what's the point of having them I mean really. Swiping is just as easy, most places under a certain amount don't require a pin or signature…
