I was referring to his opinion of the federal law and how he thinks his County should be run, but I think the part that got me going was how dismissive he was of federally recognized marriages just because it was between two people of the same sex.

He has a dash board camera set up in his car, which I imagine is hands free. Apparently reporting car accidents is very hard to do in Russia, so a lot of drivers have installed these on board video cameras to prove what happened when they get in an accident. And to catch these little fuck ups too.

Why am I not surprised it was done already??
