I have it taped off TV too!!! I can only watch it at my parents’ house bc I don’t own a VCR :( Wahhhh. OK did you think it was unusually scary for a kids movie? I love scary movies but this one gives me the heebie jeebies more than adult horror movies. Maybe I’m over-thinking it.

OMG!!!!! I love you, I don’t know you but I love you. I loved this movie as a child, even though it terrifies me. (Still terrifies me.) No one ever knows what I’m talking about when I bring it up. Except you! My new best friend.

It’s definitely a liability. One of the factors in the Kennedy/Nixon race was the televised debate - Nixon looked all old and sweaty, and Kennedy was cool, calm, collected, young, and handsome - viewers noticed and Nixon was kind of f-ed after that.
