I write weekly tutorials on automotive photography, and if you’re looking for specific DO NOT DO..
This isn’t so hard - if the dealer won’t let you do a PPI, then move on to another. it’s not worth the potential headache if you end up with the wrong car.
We’ve brought in new people to be honest. I gave that person my phone number, so we text and zoom. So far it’s working quite well, actually.
People compare the 3000 to those cars of course, but the RX was a 2 seater, not a grand tourer. And the Supra, as good as it was, came out 3 years after the 3000GT...that’s forever in car land. Of course it drove better.

Dude is that an HSR-II from Mitsu?
Blame that platform, with its transverse motor layout. An issue the other cars of the era didn’t have. I suppose we’re lucky we got the damn car at all lol.
320, in 2nd gen models.
My 97 SL (same motor as yours) would run 16.1 in the quarter mile. God it was so slow.
I just did a shoot with a 3000GT this weekend!
If you think a modern M car is punishing for everyday use, then I doubt you’ve driven one. This car is entirely to soft to be considered a true enthusiast spec.
So I guess we’re arguing 2 different points.
If he did, would that mean every single parking lot owner is bad?
