Are you fucking kidding me? I know a guy who just bought a brand new red Civic Type-R in Austin today. $200k? I get it’s for charity, but that’s fucking ridiculous.

My wife had that with our 3rd, who’s due in 2-4 weeks. I feel for you — it was brutal for her.

My wife is 38 weeks with our third. We didn’t think she could get pregnant again, so this is our bonus baby. :)

I’m sorry you had to go through that, but glad everything turned out alright. My wife is in her 38th week with our third baby, and while she’s had some itching, it’s definitely nothing like you went through and I’m truly grateful for that. Again, sorry you had to experience all of that but glad everything turned out

Love your hot take. Keep it coming.

Criminally underrated.

This a thousand times over. I seriously will never understand the love for hatchbacks some people have. I think they’re horrendous.

star’d for JNCO reference

What fucking podunk west Texas town rock did you crawl out from under?

I “borrowed” my sisters two door Temp back in the early 90s for some joy riding when I was 14 or 15 (can’t remember). My God that thing was awful. Took any and all “joy” out of joyriding.

It’s utterly amazing how few people know this.

GTFO with your bullshit false equivalency — the GOP is significantly worse than the Dems.

How would you know they’re “out of staters” if they moved there and have Colorado plates? Do you personally stop and ask every person involved in an accident that you pass by if they’ve just recently moved here?

I agree, but only if you leave out the adoption rate of solar panels/roofs and home battery systems like Tesla’s Powerwall. As Musk grows his economies of scale with multiple Gigafactories, the costs of the Powerwalls and inevitably their efficiency as well, will continue to come down. The only hindrance I can

Uh, you can.

This.

You just described in detail what was required to change the fog lights in my old 2005 4Runner. And also the headlight housing. Glad I don’t have that car anymore.

Well, they are biodegradable, just on massively huge timescales which make them a net negative for us as a species, and all the life in the whole world depends on.

Woah yeah dooooood? And I’m Bill Gates! Now fuck off and die!

And sadly it’s been that way for a long time. Now you’re seeing the results of said apathy. With that said however, the majority who did vote, voted for Hillary, not Trump. She did win the popular vote by just under 3 million votes. So for those of us who do vote and care, my original statement holds true.
