Only missed two days in the month so far (damn you, cramps!)! I’m doing five knee pushups every day - no more, no less. I tend to over think things, so I’m not adding, subtracting, or modifying anything for the month, I’m just trying to build up the habit.

I am on the weight loss/lowering my body fat % for two months now. The kitchen is hurting my progess in the gym, but I do feel stronger. My recommendation is to use a personal trainer if you can afford it. They are very helpful and will get you on the right path. Do you background checks on the trainer, ie are they in

The MARC is also only about $8/ticket, too. There’s even a free bus service that goes to most places tourists would be interested in. Seriously underrated day trip from DC. The Walters Art Museum is free, they have the American Visionary Arts Museum, as well as tons of smaller theaters, funky little cafes, etc.

I think it counts. I’m always telling people that. Baltimore is great for kids! Lots of stuff geared towards the young folks. Agreed about the art scene. I really like the museums, especially the Visionary Arts Museum. Another day trip that’s pretty cool is Mount Vernon in VA.

+1 for one of the best aquariums around.

Is the National Aquarium still in Baltimore? If so, that’s worth a visit if you’re into aquariums.
