I'm sure our Ginger haired weekend overlord has his marching orders for using Kinja, but what you said times 1000. Ballaban should make a list, then add Kinja annotations to it. If he's being forced to used Kinja, and there's no other explanation for using it to list motorsports events, then use both methods.
