I would say that this is sadly indicative of the quality I've seen lately coming from the main page.

Fitz, yes, but every character? No! I'm kinda digging the Quinn/Huck thing that's happening. Like, when he gave her a "family" I was kinda all "awww" and slightly "um..." and a little bit "eek!" But their new brother/sister teacher/student thing is starting to become pretty fun.
And he's still your boyfriend/fiance?
Cause ya just can't have LoVe without a little Logan and Veronica...
I call inaccuracy on this one due primarily to the fact that Kim admitted to Kyle that a lot of times when she was drinking "water" or "iced tea" or some other innocuous beverages that it was, in fact, vodka or something else hard put in there. Alcoholics are pretty tricky with hiding their addiction. So this should…
I was literally just about to say this, I just don't get how it was funny... I haven't seen any of the other videos, but if this turns into another group of mid to late 20 something white New York "girls" *hilariously* dealing with their day to day crazy lives, I think I'm gonna go batty.
True, I guess I would say that I think the sentencing (and likely appeals) will be interesting because of the breakdown in what actually happened, what he was convicted of, and what was likely to happen had he been left to his own devices. I don't know that a sentencing of up to life in prison is necessarily justified…
I would be too, because the defense just has too much of a disconnect with what actually did happen, regardless of what could have or would have happened. The sentencing and appeals process will be a nightmare with this one, I'm sure.
I hate to play devils advocate but are stalking, kidnapping, etc. "life in prison" offenses? It's such a difficult position to be in, legally, and it's been interesting to see how it's handled. To claim he didn't do anything, not true, but to claim that what he did ACTUALLY do justifies the sentencing, I don't know...…
I appreciate the recap of what I'm sure is an advance insider previewing copy of the pilot episode. I'm wondering if you'll be doing this for us weekly when the show airs? Because my DVR is already a little packed as it is and this would certainly help me. Thank you!
I hate when Dirt Bag tries to tell me that they're too cool to cover a story that they're covering - and that they're only doing it for "the two of you who still care." Maybe if nobody really cares, don't cover it, and maybe if they actually do care and you (care yourself enough to) cover it, you could stop being too…
On my phone all of mine are "because you watched _____" except one: "Cynical Comedies." Probably true, but I'm not sure what I watch to get me that since the last things I saw were Supernatural, Alias, and a cheesy Christmas romance when I was feeling down. Oh Netflix, just just GET me!
I always wanted dimples when I was growing up because my older brother had them and people would always compliment him on them or talk about how cute they were. I just thought they must like him better, so damnit! I wanted them too!!
The problem here is that you choose to apply your limited knowledge to the the whole system. You don't know every single person's student loan process simply because you work in financial aid.
You're exactly right. I think that's what I meant by "debt circumstances" although that's not the most eloquent way to say it. Am I okay with someone with a reasonable student loan? yes. Am I okay with someone who took out a student loan and decided to live off of it for four years, buy their car with it, use it to go…
precisely, same financial attitude. I'm fully aware that there is "good" debt and "bad" debt. I'm also aware that there are a lot more things that play into the picture. Case in point, my best friend and I went through college together, same university etc. I squeaked by with no debt (but I worked all through) whereas…
Chill! I agree with you on Stieg Larsson, I'm also looking forward to future Fincher movies in the American trilogy.
I assume this is meant for me versus Spin, but I'm afraid you should read the whole thread before determining someone is not compassionate. It's not entitlement to choose to become involved with someone based on certain criteria. People do it on looks, education, careers, etc all the time. I hate to burst your bubble,…
I completely agree with you and perhaps I should have been more clear in my initial statement. I don't think that working hard and being smart equal no debt. I took out some loans myself and ultimately plan to take out a mortgage. Not all debt is created equal, though. I think that is more the point. You need to…
Apparently it's more that if you work in an "industry" that you obviously know everything about it. I worked as a bank teller after my undergrad, so I should probably be off to washington now to fix our country's banking issues since I know everything about the whole industry due to my experience...
