Well, I know that I, a woman, stopped buying Marvel comics when they made Captain America a Nazi. Before that, I picked up a few books monthly, others in trade paperback, and others as part of my subscription to Marvel Unlimited, which I cancelled last summer when Captain America was turned into a Nazi.
