Valid point. Granny Smith apples should be commended for their contributions to the field of baking, not demonized.

YASSSS. Oregon Berries FTW!

I see that you have taken the time to distinguish two different genres (breeds?) of apples and yet neglected to mention the most glorious of all apple brands, which is the Honeycrisp Apple. Honeycrisp apples > all other apples, and this was a glaring omission from the list.

Hmm. Perhaps it is just a patchy regional thing then and not exclusively Midwestern. I have no idea.

Wow, that dollar dance sounds way more intense than the ones I've seen. "Ours" are just literally people collecting cash like ticket-takers and then letting someone dance with the bride/groom for like thirty seconds until they arbitrarily decide when their time is up and the next person goes. These people can be fucking crazy and I want absolutely no way for them to be able to find my personal information - and therefore, me - if I say something that they don't like. I don't want to be harassed IRL. And these

ALL of my cousins did it when I

I'd also love to see the reaction from the interviewer. I assume they'd get flustered and the response is almost guaranteed to dig themselves a hole.

Yes. This. Cashiering is the most basic entry-level position in retail.

Eh, I've spent many years in retail. Running a register is not rocket science, especially nowadays when you're basically just following a series of computerized prompts. It's often a first job for teenagers who have zero work experience whatsoever.

"is that a question you also ask male candidates?"

#NotAllMoms

I finally made an account solely so I could give you a star for your use of "my circumstances." Well played, sir.
