I love this hack. As the primary laundress in our household, I super appreciate when my husband chips in and helps move the laundry along into the dryer. Occasionally, though, there's something in the load that should not go in the dryer.

High five lifehacker3000. That's a pretty nifty hack.

One day I realized the arms on my office chair didn't go down far enough, so my shoulders were always hunched up. Even in their lowest position. So I took them off and have been so much happier and more comfortable since.

Or take yoga. It helped my posture tremendously. Then I had kids, no time for yoga, and I have bad posture again.
