I’m a little biased in that I think many are less than Morrison. I know he disappears up his own ass much of the time, but that’s sort of the appeal to me. And Batman himself just bores the hell out of me, but Morrison gave it a run that I loved the hell out of.

I loved when they were looking at him for Flagg in The Stand, but if he’s going to be in The Dark Tower instead, I think he’d make a better Roland.

It’s too bad King’s movie adaptations have been so spotty. It would be a neat idea if they could properly do a King Cinematic Universe, with most of his books being the standalone movies and The Dark Tower installments acting as the periodic unifying Avengers-type pieces.

See, I loved the idea of him being Randall back when it was for the The Stand adaptation. But if we’re doing The Gunslinger now, I think he’d be a much better fit for Roland.

That was basically the entire first season.

Someone should tell USA Today that evoking Dreamcatcher may not be the best way to sell a King book.

Does this mean I’ll be able to pick any Candy Crush level to start from, right off the bat?

I felt that from here.

I watched it this morning. It was good, but man, they weren’t kidding when they opened with the title card “ROUGH cut.”

I hope Legends of Tomorrow will be on Thursdays, just to round out the week. And even though it’ll never happen, CW keeps teasing us with Green Lantern in both their DC shows. Maybe one day... somebody brave enough will take the reins and let it fly on Friday.

I’d settle for competent writing.

Really? Because that’s all I heard during Wrath of Khan 2.

They’ve also done away with common sense. So it’s likely that nobody will ever think to use their death-cure or beam-anywhere technology, ever.

If they hate the movies, who’s to say they won’t hate the new in-universe series as well? This just sounds like more of a bad thing.

I’ve always wanted a new Trek show about exploration, meeting new races and societies, looking to the future, and idealism, to be handled by West Wing-era Sorkin.

I actually like the Batfamily way more than the man himself. I can’t even begin to choose a favorite Robin. But I will say that Dick and Damian were my favorite Batman & Robin team.

Tim is so ignored, in fact, that in Arkham Knight, Rocksteady fucked up and made Babs his love interest.

Clouds.

They used to terrify me as a child. TERRIFY. I’m 27 now and I recently bought them from a used bookstore because of nostalgia.

I’ve seen a non-creepy version of this on Tumblr before. I like them both.
