To think that all women are "crazy unethical" because a few of them harass you would be sexist. I don't think all men are unethical just because some of them harass women, rape women, abuse women, etc. Indeed, women and men are essentially no different.

Maybe once they experience it, they will speak up against the men they see doing it to women. And if they themselves are guilty of it, maybe they will finally understand how degrading it feels, and refrain from doing it again in the future.

Women are subjected to catcalling and street harassment regardless of their character, morals, and values. Men don't pick and choose which woman "deserves" to be catcalled. You're right, I get that. I just feel as though state and federal sentences should be more consistent with each other, given the fact that taking a human life and taking a human life are the same thing.

The implication that she premeditated the murder should therefore TRIPLE her prison time? Isn't someone who is liable to impulsively pull a gun out and shoot someone in "the heat of the moment" just as potentially dangerous as someone who premeditates a homicide?

30 years? My best friend's father (white male) shot and killed a man simply because the man owed him money for drugs. He only spent 10 years in prison.
