No Windows?

Neither. I nearly went for a PS4 (I have a PS3), but that was before the Steam Machine announcements. I decided to spend some money upgrading my PC further, and I'll wait for Valve's efforts instead. I die a little inside every time I see a new Mario and Zelda game I can't play though.

I love that image. It's like "look what the bad men did to me Link...they trussed me up like a painted whore whale".

We're to believe the pressure inside Sony Computer Entertainment America to sell consoles is so intense, he's refusing to take one home until every customer is happy?

It's very cool, but I do wonder why, after several iterations, the devs still haven't changed the jet exit to a proper ejector seat that the player can't get out of without falling to their death. Weren't they always going for a realistic military sim?

Ok, you enjoy yourself in that pink fluffy world you've surrounded your brain in.

That was very well done.

Easy work around for established youtubers:

I agree. for those that make a profitable living out of it, perhaps it's time they investigated their own site and video hosting? Presumably the successful ones have built enough fans and followers they'll just go where the videos do.

Ahaha ad hominem, brilliant! There's a word you should know, that will probably blow your mind: Contrived.

No they wouldn't. If you were told a member of your family was on board a ship that self-destructed in an explosion in deep space, you would not think to go looking for them unless you were an idiot, or thought life was like a movie (which amounts to the same thing). I was using 'lost' in the poetic sense, not

Except that no search would've taken place, given that the Nostromo was thought lost with all hands.

A lot of people recommend the Anno games....I don't. I find them hand-holding, rigid and a mess, although they are pretty to look at. Plus there's Ubisoft's annoying DRM system to struggle with. Lots of people love them though, so your mileage may vary.

Kotaku don't care, because there's a game with Final Fantasy written on the box that demands their attention. *sigh*

Stick with Civ 4+expansions would be my advice.

I think 'roguelike' has become interchangeable with permadeath these days, tbh.

You tried Civ 4? With the expansions, it's easily the best Civ.

I think mods very much should grant it on this PC list, as that's the prime advantage in playing on PC over any other version. The developers created the systems to allow mods to be created easily. That's deserved praise.

I don't agree with a couple of them, but it's a better list than the article one over all.

It's only an expression if ' He's what done it!', is. Which it isn't. It's just bad grammar.
