Tesla sold over 100k cars last quarter with a rebate under $2k. They no longer have any rebate and are projecting sellingover 500k cars this year.

I bought the stock because I wanted to say that I was a part of something truly revolutionary. I was emotionally vested in their success LONG before I bought the stock. My measly amount of shares (2/3rds of which I sold when anti-green 45 became president) won’t make me rich.

You do have a bias against Musk. It is really evident. It’s fine if you do, but I would like you to realize that your bias is based on erroneous facts. That is what I was trying to say.

The problem with your argument is that Musk delivers on his promises (model S, model 3, China factory, solar roof tiles, revolutionizing space access). He is usually optimistic in his timelines, but that is forgiven because he delivers on things people generally thought were impossible.

Jesus, you’re so right. I am currently in my Tesla at a Chargepoint charger. First time not using a Tesla supercharger, because I was forced to drive to the sticks .

I feel you. I was about to invest $4k in Tesla stock when it was $22/share. For a strict mutual fund / index stock guy like me, it was a huge leap.
