Yeah, at the end of the day, the industry is apparently garbage. The VO actors have the visibility and leverage to do something about it on their end. That doesn’t mean they think they are ‘better’ or more ‘worthy’ of pay than anyone else in the industry.

I was a lapsed player who came back for the Foundation Update... two hours later, uninstalled the game again. This update adds a lot more resources to grind, and a lot of new things to craft, but actually playing the damn thing is still as painfully boring as it was before.
