In the Gizmodo article it said the projetile is shaped like that to keep it from going to far and ruining someone's day while it is being tested. If/when the gun is deployed, it will use more aerodynamic projetciles.

i would assume that the cost per round is a lot less than a conventional gun, so over a large enough number of shots fired it would be cheaper.

that's kinda the point... the camera itself does the post processing, using the information from 7 pixels to create a single better looking pixel in the final 5 or 8 mpix photo

This article is as much of an oversimplification as the megapixel war. The idea behind the 41mpix sensor is similar to the Multisampling Antialiasing that makes games on PC look so much better than on consoles.

actually it IS 41 mpix... but the camera basically does the same thing games do when you enable anti aliasing... it combines the many tiny pixels to a lower resolution in order to improve sharpness

Nokia know this better than most manufacturers... the N8 put a lot of dedicated point and shoots to shame

i tried a few and got "Sorry, that game code doesn't appear to be valid. If trying again doesn't fix the problem, please contact our Customer Support team." every time

well, the last one was roughly of based on real events... this one may keep up that trend

I loved the single player campaign on the last one... hopefully this one will be as good or better, and also longer...

only bad thing about the trailer is that the game doesn't look like that, even on a farily decent PC... i was surprised to see the lack of graphics options on the demo.. it was dissapointing...
