I think a Flickr Pro account would be more cost effective and has more options, and then you can set an automated email reminder to grandma to peek in on Flickr and see what's new

Well, turning on the computer is less of a hassle than making a pot of coffee!

Is the discussion thread set to Featured or ALL?

This is needlessly complicated. I make Hard Boiled eggs like this:

I throw a tablespoon of baking soda into the water, I've had a lot less trouble peeling since I started doing that. Some will say vinegar. Sometimes I put both in.

Funny, because in some times and places, a bottle opener is known as a Church Key.

Oh I use the Foodsaver one, but I'm sure they're all very similar. You can buy the foodsaver bags en masse at Costco, if that helps, but I'm sure the bags are compatible.

Plus, the ability to reseal a bag of chips or the bag inside a box of crackers means fewer stale snacks

Well, this looks like a fine place to mention how much I love my vacuum sealer. It's one of the most useful things in my kitchen, and has earned a spot with the coffee maker and toaster oven on the list of small appliances that I dont' put away when I'm done with them.

I'll measure for an unfamiliar recipe, and I'll definitely measure for baking, but other than that, I'm with you

I don't know, two years worth of receipts and a bunch of buy 6 get 1 free cards for places I've only been to once don't really make me spend more, they just make me sit at a bit of an angle.

See, this is what I was trying to explain to the Honda dealer about why I didn't like the digital speedometer. I don't want to know that I'm going exactly 74km/h in a 60 zone. I don't want my wife to be able to say definitively "You're going 74km/h!" And if I get pulled over, and the cop asks if I know how fast I was
