Burn it all down.
Burn it all down.
More people need to learn Sumerian; there is a dearth of experts and so many Sumerian tablet fragments still need translating. There is still a fair amount of debate regarding the language’s grammatical structure and more people studying it can only improve our understanding of one of the worlds oldest written…
Elon Musk is trying his absolute hardest to make me hate him and he’s doing a damn fine job of it.
Someone wake me up when they get around to D.Va.
Don’t worry, it’s not just the people becoming ICE agents, it’s regular police officers too. The people who want the job are not the ones who should have said job.
I can tell you the good guys are definitely not the ones breaking into people’s homes without due process.
As a state employee I can guarantee that if I made a joke like that I’d be in some fairly serious trouble. The rules matter, and I’d argue they matter even more when they are ignored regularly. If you let the little things slide then eventually the big things are going to sneak passed you as well.
This is why I do laundry once a month when the closet is empty. It means a lot of work on a single day but I’d rather spend an hour or two folding and hanging clothes than have to do it a shorter amount of time every weekend or something ridiculous.
In other shocking news: water is wet. Who would’ve guessed that using a camera with gimbals makes for a steadier shot?!
Is that top photo from the Natural History Museum in London? Pretty sure it looks familiar.

I’m so glad more people are finding Peter Draws! He does such fun stuff!
I got you, friend; it’s easy to get carried away these days, I’m certainly just as guilty.
Damn; wish I’d moved down to Cali before that. Getting out sounds nice right about now. :P
But where else would the drop bears hang out?!
Oh sure, go with the obvious stuff. ;)
Except it says ‘Dashcam Owners Australia’ in the corner, the article reiterates that that is where this happened and it has the name of the area in the title of the video. So, pretty sure it’s not Cali. :)
I don’t disagree, but I’d argue a large part of the problem also stems from the fact that no one seems to understand that insurance works by making everyone pay for everything so that it costs everyone less. If we only payed for the things that mattered to us then insurance as a concept would fail miserably. Hopefully…
Obviously there are consequences for pulling fire alarms for which one might have to answer (still worth it IMO of course), but I’m seriously surprised it hasn’t happened yet. Here’s hoping you get your chance. ;)
