@FlameCell: Nuh-uh! Read World War Z. Zombies are all about water.

@comrade_leviathan: Supposedly, the PS3 can use it without Playstation Plus (or will be able to soon). Xbox 360 eventually, too.
@pete1061: UH-OH, HERE COMES THE FUN POLICE.
I coulda swore the commenters on that post flagged it as fake and showed where the song came from (I forget, or I'd link it).
@brokennails: Even though The Fountain was kind of a cluster, it was cast pretty perfectly. I have a lot of faith in Aaronofsky's cast selections. We'll see, though!
Actually, scrolling capture is disabled in the latest version of DuckCapture, according to their website. :(
@theweakend: Why not? If you break the rules, you get penalized.
@theweakend: Exactly. It's not like this has never happened before. It's frustrating that the developer would risk getting their app (and their entire Apple dev account) banned over something as silly as this.
@ckcallen: What everyone else said, pretty much. Apps CAN access the hardware in this way, but apple doesn't allow it, so the dev disabled the feature to get approved. This command just re-enables it.
@ckcallen: This isn't an exploit at all. They're just using the URL scheme to send a command to their app to turn on the behavior. The actual functionality has always been possible. It's just been a matter of Apple denying apps that utilize the volume buttons in that way.
I tried releasing an app that did this awhile back and got the same response from Apple.
VOTE: LoseIt.
@jbarr: I actually have a chrome extension called Awesome Screenshot that I should start using more. The main reason, though, that I want to be able to just print webpages is that printing a screencap of a webpage makes text blocky and ugly (especially if printing to a color printer, with Cleartype running in…
@mischlep: Printing to a virtual pdf printer still prints the mangled, "printer-friendly" version, I'm afraid. :(
I actually have a related question.
Windows 7 only. Booooo. Some of us are still stuck on XP at work.
@Carrick1973: Well, the food doesn't really touch the walls of the smoker (or, shouldn't), so how's the lead going to get into it? Does lead vaporize? At what temperature?
@gallahad: This is impressive because it's going directly downwind (the "DD" in its name), as opposed to at an angle to the wind (as in your link).
Holy crap, that's awesome!
Equal parts by volume or weight?
