Fiat picked a nice purple for the Panda a few years ago. We need more purple cars.

Yes. This. I’ve always wanted a purple Gremlin.

Wow, that’s awesome. Kudos for preserving them. I might ask the owner of this beige Kammback if he wants to sell. It needs some love.

One way dealerships are convenient. Not only can you test drive one car, you can test drive multiple cars and compare them.

I had a Reliant K and that was a great car for what it was. Nothing could kill it. Not even being t-boned by a Corolla. And the seats were absolutely comfy considering it was an early 80's cheap American car.

I came across a Spirit Kammback aka “Sedan” the other day. The other post-Gremlin Gremlin. The Gremlin Brougham I call it.

They were great cars. They were so basic, there was nothing to go wrong. The biggest issue was that they were supposed to be an economy car and, while they were cheap to buy, they had a relatively thirsty 6 cylinder powering them.

Considering how long these things stay in service, I don’t see why they would want a majority ICE powered fleet. By the time they’re halfway through their lifespan, there’s gong to be a good percentage of passenger cars powered by electrons.

I rented a Duster in France a few years ago and took it off-road and it was terrific. I fell in love with that car.

That Goggomobil is a good deal, actually. The best selling microcar of all time. They’re fun, snazzy little cars.

I’ve owned 4 of them. You actually don’t know what you’re talking about. They’re terrific little cars and one of the most popular little hatches ever built. Never had any serious issues with mine.

Ce n’est pas vrais.

The guy who designed the 5 had never seen a Golf. This was a revolutionary design.

I had one a few years ago that was my only daily driver. Never let me down.

You don’t know what you’re talking about. They were great little cars. Americans just didn’t know how to take care of them.

One of my favorite cars. I’ve owned 4 and they’ve never let me down. They’re a hoot to drive and were well built for the money.

They were never junk. One of the greatest cheap hatchbacks ever made. Fun to drive, easy to work on if you know what you’re doing. There’s a reason Renault sold millions of them all over the world. They were so popular that when they made a follow-up, it looked almost the same.

Some of the worst dialog I’ve ever heard in a movie. Only beating out The Happening. I think M. Night makes everyone say every single line exactly as he wrote them and it makes for completely ridiculous sounding conversations in his films.

What about the cars they hit? I guess we should all drive fucking tanks then since we’re apparently in an arms race. SUV’s should be banned.

I wonder what happened to Gonzo’s Mehari. It’s a quite rare U.S. spec version with the big headlights and eyebrows.
