You forgot penile.

I lived in Utah for a while, and I can confirm that it is a strange place, but this guy’s story is weird even by Utah standards. His story was clearly made up to make it sound like he actually has friends.

Yikes! That’s a mortgage payment right there!

I agree that the insurance companies are a big problem with the current and the past system. However, I disagree that my cheaper plan from before the ACA was worse than what I have now. I had a much lower deductible and co-insurance and my premiums were lower. I didn’t have any problems with the insurance denying my

This plan was what was best for us last year. I am looking into new plans this year and I’m hoping to save some money but my experience so far has been that the plans offered for me and my family are more expensive and with higher deductibles and co-insurance than what we were paying before. I hate to just resign

I own my own business that employs several people so if I go get a job with benefits, they’ll be out of work.

I haven’t looked at the averages, so that may be true. I just know that for me and my family our premiums doubled and we got worse coverage than before (higher deductibles and co-insurance).

Throw me in the same boat. I pay $1200/month for my family’s health insurance. Before the “Affordable” Care Act I was paying $550. My deductible is $6500, I believe. So before my insurance will cover anything I’m out over $20k/year. Meanwhile, there are people getting it for free. What a wonderful system.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL! You’re joking, right? RIGHT? I mean, come on, I’m not here that often and I’ve seen MUCH worse.

Oh good hell, because no Democrat would ever think about groping a woman!

That’s not true, at least in Nevada. There is a 2 year statute of limitation on negligence cases, a 4 year limitation on fraud and some debt collection cases and a 6 year limitation on breach of contract. But 6 years is the longest statute of limitation in Nevada. I’m fairly certain that in most states there are

Can an attorney please explain how these lawsuits are allowed to proceed when most of the actions took place many years ago, longer than the 6 year maximum statute of limitation we have in Nevada. Do some states exclude rape from their statute of limitations?

I’m also from Las Vegas and I would probably attend more 51's games with my family if the park were located in Summerlin. However, this whole naming rights crap drives me crazy. Because you know what else could use even half of that $80 million? The public school system, which is now in a huge budget deficit.

He’d need to present evidence of what his damages are, most likely through an expert witness. But what the others here pointed out is that it will all come down to 12 jurors to decide whether or not they feel bad enough for you to award you any of those damages. If you come off looking like a punk who was honestly

*you’re

I live in Las Vegas and I have to say that the past two days have been eerie. Most people are going about their normal business but everybody seems to be in a state of shock. The city has been really quiet, like the normal sounds you get accustomed to while living in a city are just gone. It’s good to hear that this

But you didn’t say that in your post. You said investments in social programs are all “growth enabling” without providing any support for it. On top of that, what are you referring to when using the phrase “growth enabling”? It’s so vague as to be almost meaningless? Are you referring to growth for the economy in

Depends on who you see as his base. It may hurt a lot of the poor, undereducated whites who voted for him. But for people in my position, this tax plan might actually help me. I didn’t vote for Trump (didn’t vote for Hilary either), but I am a small business owner who pays a buttload in taxes and health insurance

I like people who try to undermine someone’s point by asking for a citation to back it up, while they themselves do the exact same thing without providing any support. The internet is a fun place.

Carson later clarified, “I said ‘doll hairs’, not dollars!”
