John Wick: I’m Batman.

I used to be surprised by that, but my job turned that around. I dug out a delivery slip for a lathe that was delivered to our warehouse in the late 1890s. Which actually came in handy for repairs...lucky me.

A subsequent investigation into the university’s financial records showed that Thomas Purdie, a professor of chemistry there from 1884 to 1909, purchased the chart from a German catalogue in October 1888. The chart itself was manufactured in Vienna in 1885.

I'd see it just to listen to Sam Elliott speak.

Fun Winchester family dinner conversation: “So how was being dead?....” And everyone starts talking at once.

Then, there’s Fuckface. I don’t even know where to go with this. He’s a villain, but he’s one that felt like was written by a 15-year-old trying to “shock” his English teacher. Fuckface is, I’ll just come out and say it, a young man from Marcus’ childhood who’s into bestiality. We first see him at a petting zoo,

Very interesting. Taking the time to bury individual dogs shows the emotional connection people had with them. Someone was a very good girl 10,000 years ago!

I did in fact yell at my TV when Gary popped up at the bar, totally not the Legends cast member I was expecting, but the one we needed. Caroline’s correct that this was the weak link episode of the three, it didn’t have quite the same pop as the first two. Fun, but there wasn’t quite a moment as awesome as last year

So so many easter eggs and not enough Batwoman.

The two references I enjoyed the most were: When the cops call for help they list their location as “the corner of Nolan and Burton”. Very nice, and Kara holding the Bard head that if opened, had the switch to the bat cave in it presumably.

Can we talk about how much they ended up filming in Chicago for Gotham? That was a delightful surprise.

I have been hoping for a while now that they would bring in Alan Scott as a character for Earth-1, and use him as a Hal Jordan surrogate.

“I would never compare myself to a total badass like Batman.” dammit Barry, that was funny.

Looking forward to seeing Batwoman tonight because last night’s Flash was as fun as it gets! And apologies in advance for my ridiculous “SQUEEEEEEE!” when we discuss last night later.

so glad they got that skinny kid from Misfits in here as Seance. GREAT casting choice.

A Christmas Carol is also a science fiction/fantasy story, albeit more horror tinged.

In between films, she divorced Indy and married Frasier.

Now playing

They say, “Inspired by true events, the series recounts the aftermath of Christmas Eve riots in two small Arkansas towns in 1983, riots which erupted over Cabbage Patch Dolls.”

Another new series book that came out at the end of November: # 5 in Genevieve Cogman’s Invisible Library series, The Mortal Word. I just downloaded my copy but have not read it yet. While not as great as Ben Aaronovitch series, I have enjoyed this one enough to make it one of the few I buy when new installments
