If I model them as basically spherical masses, and my back as a beam that pivots at the waist...then I do a real simple model of the torque that they place on my back.

I have bladder shyness as well, although it hasn't always been that way. I was comfortable during gym class and while on the swim team, but ever since after graduating high school, I absolutely have to take a stall when I'm in a public restroom. I just can't pee in a urinal with others around...
