It’s not about can’t. It’s about how annoying it is to pack a console for a week long trip. First world problems.

I want to give this a chance but man, they make it hard to want to try this thing other than for the sake of trying. The only thing that might make it worth anything is the idea of playing Destiny 2 while traveling to visit family over thanksgiving without having to lug around my PS4 Pro or Xbox One X. And that’s

Weird how you use the MSRP for one and not the other. Sun and Moon were 40 MSRP. Tax has nothing to do with it. Even Pokemon X and Y are still 40 dollars MSRP. That’s the eshop price right now. So what the heck are you talking about?

TIL 40 x 2 = 60

Maybe you should try using capital letters and punctuation. Also when you’re trying to insult someone by comparing them to someone you should spell their name correctly. It’s Eduard Einstein.

That’s hardly comparable. In online video games your perspective and the other users’ perspectives are completely different. Hackers are better at identifying other hackers than people who just learned about hacking in theory. That’s why there are white hat hackers that work for internet security companies.

He didn’t show how to do it at least according to the descriptions I’ve read. He specifically does not show how to get it and he also told people not to do it. It sounded like he was trying to show people how they worked in a more informative way. But I don’t know. People have weird ideas of what they call content.

He didn’t do it in an official tournament setting though. That’s the thing. My main issue is why did they let the cheaters in the tournament get off with a light probation when they also broke the rules?

I don’t think it’s because he’s famous per se. It’s because he contributes to the community that Fortnite thrives on. Imagine if Sakurai heard of a way of cheating in Smash and he tried it out and got banned by Nintendo from playing Smash, that’s zero tolerance regardless of who the person is famous or not. Clearly

Hypothetically if someone was doing an informative video on how to spot aimbotters and used an aimbot to demonstrate, they should be banned according to your logic.

Show me exactly where I dismissed the possibility. Asking for evidence that something happened doesn’t imply that I believe it didn’t. Saying people shouldn’t assume something based on guesses doesn’t imply I don’t think those guesses could be correct.

I never claimed what the possible reason likely was so the idea that I’m clinging onto infinitesimal possibilities makes no sense. I’m asking for evidence rather than jumping to conclusions. That doesn’t at all mean I don’t think it’s possible. It’s insane to me that you think asking for evidence is idiotic.

Maybe you should google it. That’s seriously not how it works. Him getting paid off takes as few steps to explain than him being blackmailed. By your logic him being blackmailed is as likely as an answer as him being paid off.

That’s not how Occam’s Razor works. You don’t just make baseless assumptions and say “Occam’s Razor”.

No one said anything about it being altruistic, you condescending moron. But people keep assuming it has to do with Microsoft approaching with a single paycheck to make them move. But they don’t consider that the terms could simply be better for them in general.

No other reason? What if the terms are better? If twitch takes 50% and mixer takes 5% (not the case obviously but hypothetically) then that’s not a reason? Why can’t people fathom that the reason is anything other than them getting them getting cut a check to move?

Can you provide evidence that they got paid a big paycheck by Microsoft to move? Why do people assume that the only reason why people would switch would be because they got paid off?

I really wish he’d gotten to continue Symbionic Titan.

It’s not complicated. But it’s not an answer to the original question. You called out Epic by saying that’s how freedom of expression looks. I asked what they did that showed that they aren’t supportive of freedom of expression and your answer is something about boycotts. The question has nothing to do with boycotts.

Here’s the thing, you didn’t mention anything about a boycott in your original post. All you did was you called out Blizzard and Epic saying this is what freedom of expression looks like and then talk about sense of ethical responsibility. I asked you why you mentioned Epic there and now you’re talking about Tencent
