Where is your evidence?!
Grant Morrison has said that this is his favorite Superman comic. I love it because Superman makes a miniature version of himself that everyone fawns over, draws all of the attention away from him, and eventually starts doing things Superman can’t and replacing him. The Silver Age was wild for just putting whatever…
My son would like to challenge him!
Lando with the Mindharp
Nah, we need a Twins-esque R3D2/C3PO mashup.
My favorite agents have been canceled for awhile now :(
MLP tends to have a lot of crowd shots, and its generic pony flash model is designed to be modified in all sorts of ways, so it’s basically the perfect cartoon for gratuitous background cameos. Like:
This will go perfectly with my Christmas light show this year.
He was probably joking.
“Lie” is a pretty strong word. I agree that Lucas never really had much of a long-term plan beyond the first three, but I do think he intended to make more Star Wars movies in the ‘80s until he got divorced and became a father.
...And one day, so will you. The difference is your unfiltered inanity has already begun.
he literally said a vr film would be hard three times in that article.
“Old man yells at clouds” vs “Young fool marvels at shiny turd”
I mean, a pre-TAHITI Coulson is still good....but I think what we *really* want is that sweet, sweet logistics-nightmare-different-divisions-between-tv-and-movies cross over between the tele properties and the big screen.
At 39 inches, it is actually a reasonable yardstick. :)
I see your point. They were breaking into a new market (girls and lego) so they probably did focus group testing and found the blocky people of traditional Lego didn’t resonate. If that is what it takes to get girls playing with bricks I’m okay with it.
Kinja visual bug, goes away normally if you reload. Either way you can’t ‘decrement’ the count other than by removing your own star from the count.
It’s now a little difficult for me to watch because of the involvement of both Kevin Spacey and Bryan Singer, but I loved Superman Returns. IIRC, a bunch of nerds complained about the movie being too Jesus-y, because everyone loves to complain about how Superman is portrayed, and if it’s not 100% in line with what…
And don’t be afraid to make Superman a square- that’s his charm- it’s what makes him human.
DC: Quit making your characters assholes and they’ll be more cinematic.
