I really miss these things from smartphones. Changable batteries massively extended the lifetime of a phone.
I am coming to terms with the fact they’ll likely never come back though.

I’ve found a dash of truffle oil in scrambled eggs is deliciously decadent and complements the egginess nicely!
This is well worth doing. It also works to help the speeding of browning of other things, like caramelising onions. I also recommend the less is more approach, think in fractions of teaspoons, or you can get a metallic taste.

Re: the argument over the number of holes, it’s quite easily answered but with a fairly complex answer.

When we were on the Paris Metro with my family, on a train from the airport, I spotted a guy and his friend looking shifty. Guy stacked a whole lot of copper coins into an untenable pile between his fingers. As the doors opened, he sprays them everywhere to distract and block the door whilst his mate tries to grab my…
Nice advice. I always get annoyed in a restaurant and I’m served red wine that is a clove short of being mulled.

I am not a big fan or user of tour guides, but my best recommendation is to book a queue jump tour of the Paris Catacombs. The queues will be hours long before the attraction ever opens, and there’s no information inside the catacombs. There’s loads of fascinating stuff to learn. Best investment in these things I ever…
‘Worldwide’ seems like a stretch for the Impossible Burger. It’s the US and a couple of places in south east Asia.
