That's honestly kind of hard to say. Not any of the few things that are currently offered; I have the pets and mounts I really want. But if they start offering cool transmog stuff, particularly "cameo" transmog stuff from other Blizzard franchises, definitely. D3 Crusader or Starcraft Marine armor? That would be

Ah, but see, that isn't what I'm saying. Go back up and look at my first comment; the problem wasn't that I didn't enjoy the game, the problem wasn't that I wasn't willing to spend the money, the problem was that I couldn't play it often enough to feel like I was getting value for my monthly cost.

"What would 12 million matter if fewer people are paying for it?"

The hats perhaps, but the mounts and pets have always sold quite well, and they can expand on those cosmetic offerings with old gear and toys that have been removed from the game or could only be gotten from the old TCG (i.e. is unobtainable now and otherwise would never again be obtainable).

I dunno about that, to be honest. I know of other F2P MMOs that get regular updates with new content, and Blizzard already makes a killing with the cosmetic stuff they sell, they could easily expand that and make up for the loss of subscriptions.

If ONLY they removed the subscription, I'd be back on this in a heartbeat. As it stands, neither I nor my friends played it often enough to justify the monthly fee.

In regards to difficulty: unless I'm mistaken, the console version is like the PC in that the game scales with your level, so difficulty setting is a reflection of the gear of you have, not your level. Mix of average yellows and blues= Expert. All yellows with a lot of good stat rolls, maybe a legendary or two=

At the very least, when so many Disney villains get together, there's gotta be some evil plotting going on, right? Or maybe they gossip about pesky princesses?

He's easy to use and can pack quite a bit of power, of course he's going to be ridiculously popular with people who just want easy wins. That's not, of course, to say that people don't legit want to play as him, but lazy people always gravitate towards the best way to get wins with little effort in competitive

It always comes down to gameplay. If the gameplay is great, then you'll happily spend upwards of 100 hours with a game and gobble up all the content you can get your hands on. But, like the article says, if the game isn't fun, then 50 hours of content is a deterrent, not a perk.

Hang on. Wielding the ring of power (the one ring that rules them all, I take it, but the language here is a little vague and I don't want to spoil anything) and fighting Sauron, the most important super-villain in all Lord of the Rings lore? Aren't those two of the most important things I'd be looking for in a

My friends always played with items on and only certain items turned off; the really insanely random ones, or items which could be very detrimental to the person picking them up even if used properly. Having some items in Smash is in important part of the gameplay, and not just for the hilarity or party atmosphere

Not the WoW forums, but I did frequent the Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3 boards when those games were being developed, and yeah, I do recall how much of a toxic waste dump those forums can be.

I'm especially amused by the babies in the Facebook comments who swear off Blizzard games FOR LIFE! just because a nebulous new project that was in development for a long time, but never materialized in any way, shape or form, was cancelled. We didn't get a trailer, or screenshots, or even an official name. They're

Now, many fans of the Diablo series (and the third game specifically) will counter this with an argument that blowing through the first chunk of Diablo III is a necessary evil—especially if you find yourself frustrated with the game's balance in the first three difficulty levels. I understand that, and having gained

Well, this explains why they have plans for so many WoW expansions down the line.

It's difficult to say for sure, to be honest. It's doing well, certainly, which is part of where all the articles are coming from. I've heard a number of other people saying that the game is better than the reviews, which have been looking at it from the wrong perspectives, but as I don't play it myself and haven't

Well, I've never been a big FF fan, but I'm genuinely interested now. "Jocks on a Tech-Fantasy Roadtrip" seems to be the RPG I never knew I wanted.

Really love those Zerg cards, though some of the Terran minions are a little strange or OP:
