Wear inappropriate clothes, get humiliated. Use your phone, get tackled by cops. What happens when these kids don't do their homework? Jail? Or is education not the point any more?
thank you for the link, she sounds amazing!
Yup. I think you're the only one commenting against. I am fully with you, but I'm just not going to invest my time here. Sad that it hasn't occurred to anyone that Hollywood stars actually know something that causes them not to vaccinate.
Desecration of a venerated object? What kind of bullshit charge is that?
That is awesome! I love it when the ladies do well cause then I can show all my lesson students and they try extra hard! (Well, for a week. Then they go back to being kind of lazy, but that's okay, too.)
SO COOL! Fellow horsewoman here and I am super stoked to hear this! Beezie is a legend in the sport. I'm a dressage rider now but grew up jumping and always thought she was amazing. Between this and Charlotte scooping up just about every possible award in the dressage world - the ladies are really holding court at the…
While we work toward the world we want, we still have to live in the world we have. This is a cautionary tale as much as it is a story about an asshole.
The parents lose reproductive choice when they implant the fertilized egg in a surrogates womb. Surrogates body, surrogates choice. Don't want a child who has Downs? Find a surrogate who isn't opposed to abortion. Or adopt. They had an agreement and refused to honour it like decent people.
I grew up in NYC during the 80s and 90s, living a few blocks from Central Park. My friends and I would go all the time in the summer but never without an adult, not until I was about 11 or so.
I wondered the same thing so I checked the Family and Child Services webpage for our city (I'm in Ontario) and it says 8-9 year olds can play for an hour unsupervised in the immediate neighbourhood. 10-11 is when you can be home alone after school. So, whatever that means, I just remember having the streetlights for…
Apparently 9 is too young. So 10+? Which is the age of a lot of 5th graders and around the time they start being too cool/too old/too big to play at the park and have fun on slides and monkey bars. So silly.
Here here. The rule was I had to be home when the lights came on. I went to the park and was on my bike and the neighborhood pool all summer long.
Oh so white people have "discovered" coconut oil now? That's cute.
People in my family live well into their 90s. No need for us to produce young.
Thank you! wtf with all these people who think this shit is reasonable.
I have a close friend who ended up with an unnecessary C-section 8 years ago (during which the anesthesia didn't work, so she felt every single bit of it and has dealt with PTSD since) for that very reason. Her labor was taking too long, and her OB didn't want to miss his tee time. So he lied to her, he lied to her…
I salute you Sir! Well done, Well done!
I laughed so much louder than I should have
