I'll concur with AluNoir—If they can lump together multiple Nordic languages like they did for Vikingland, they could similarly group all of north-central Europe together (German, Dutch, and the various other German dialects). Plus you could toss Suriname in there.

Thre REAL THREAT is DHMO - dihydrogen monoxide .. companies put that shit in almost everything and it is a pure killer. It kills like 3,000 Americans a year.

It all comes down to lack of regulation of the term "gluten free". Even being certified gluten free isn't a guarantee — there have been a few companies who claimed they were, logo and everything, and actually weren't.

Because when everyone is going around claiming to be gluten intolerant when they obviously don't know what they're talking about, other people start to take the issue frivolously, which is bad for people who actually have the problem.

Because it is getting stricter now, but a lot of what is gluten free is gluten free to the tolerance of a person on a fad diet, not to the tolerance of a celiac sufferer. Your bagel can be gluten free but cut on the same cutting board as all the rest of the bread. Fine for the person on the diet, very bad for celiac…
