It’s possible you’ll be able to use them. Each franchise comes with a Red Brick that activates a cheat, and the Lego Batman Movie world allowed you to substitute Batman for the Lego Batman Movie version. It’s possible that the Red Brick in Teen Titans Go will unlock those versions of Robin and Cyborg.

Honestly, it’s surprising that these are only just getting the spots. Donkey Kong was the first Mario game so it should have been an auto-pick from that alone.
