well i just got the offical "visit our warrenty area for a refund" due to the issues that i have with my video card. using a ati hd3870 and there been known issues with the game. i've read atleast 6 others with the card unable to play the game at a certain point.

still no response about all the people running a ati hd 3870 that cannot play the space phase of the game. they sent out a generic reason to all the help questions that were posted tho thier support area. and if the handfull of mostly screen name / drm questions wasnt answered you now have to resubmit your question.
